Tom and Anna were brilliant from the start, right up to completion date. The sales brochure and drone footage was swiftly organised, viewings were conducted with ease and the communication between us, and the solicitor was reassuring and concise . Tom was informative without being overbearing, helping us understand how the market was evolving, and due to the emotional circumstances of the house, Tom and Anna treated the situation with care and great respect. Tom sold our property several times very quickly but we were unable to find our next home. During this long period Tom remained patient and continued to search for our new home until we agreed on both the sale of our property and purchase of our next with Tom. We had an honest relationship with Tom and I feel that there was a strong element of trust on both parties. Tom was easily contactable but even when he was with other clients would call back within the hour. His business is of a moderate size which we feel makes it all very personal which we like . We recently sold our house in Ponsanooth through Tom Wills Property. Tom was fantastic. We had four valuations and chose Tom without hesitation based on his knowledge of the market, sensible price proposal and good photos. Having bought and sold quite a few houses over the years through various estate agents large and small, dealing with Tom was like a breath of fresh air. We were very pleased with the marketing strategy for our house and all the materials produced online and in hard copy - the use of a drone was particularly effective for our property. Once the house was on the market, Tom was great at communicating and negotiating. With previous sales, it always felt like the agent switched from working for us to working for the purchasers. This wasn't the case at all with Tom. Very pleased with the whole process and recommend him wholeheartedly.

Not being from Falmouth it was difficult to know who to instruct but Tom has been outstanding since day one. Previously my experiences with Estate Agents have helped to form a very low opinion of them however Tom has turned this around with his professional and approachable attitude, enthusiasm and ability to support and find solutions.
