Having bought and sold quite a few houses over the years through various estate agents large and small, dealing with Tom was like a breath of fresh air. We were very pleased with the marketing strategy for our house and all the materials produced online and in hard copy - the use of a drone was particularly effective for our property. Once the house was on the market, Tom was great at communicating and negotiating. With previous sales, it always felt like the agent switched from working for us to working for the purchasers.
